Chevrolet New Balance Power Run 25K Medallion
For those who are joining 25K in the Chevrolet New Balance Power Run, this is the prize at the finish line. Instead of a finisher’s medal, the 25K finishers gets a souvenir medallion. Here is how it looks like.
The medallion is doesn’t have a hole where you can string it and still make it into a medal. Although you can still frame it or even use it as a desk decoration. Some suggests that it works as a paper weight too. 😀
This is how it looks like in front. There’s the Chevy. So in case you don’t win the Chevrolet Cruze in the raffle, you still take home the Chevy thru the medal.
And this is how it looks at the back of the medallion. I like a medal or a medallion that specifies the distance. Here it reads “25K Souvenir Medallion.”
This is how thick it is. Quite heavy and will really look nice on the desk.
For the 25K runners, this is something to look forward to.
Are you training for this medallion?
hi jinoe. for runners who are training for QCIM or Milo Elims, better add this NB tune-up race in the program (together with november runrio 32K!)coz their timing is just right for the picking (peaking?). the medallion sounds fantastic if not downright unique and special in its class!!! I most definitely LIKE!
Hi Abet, I agree. This is a good distance to train for the 42Ks on December. Although I would hope I can run more than 30Ks by this time if I would join the QCIM or Milo 42K. Pero pwede na rin. 😀
i think it will look good as a belt buckle, hmmm.

if ever baka nga hindi mo kayanin.. (para sa’kin) kc yung distance na tinatakbo on your previous run eh.. prang warm up lng..
LISTEN YOUR HEART, LISTEN TO YOUR BODY.
BHS pla…typographical error…
Ano kya qualifier time for the 25k? thanks
There is a cut off time for all events. But these looks reasonable even for a beginner.
5 KM – 1 hour after official gun start
10KM – 2 hours after official gun start
25KM – 3 hrs & 45 mins after official gun start
*Runners who fail to complete their respective distances within the specific cut off time must stop running and board the official pick-up vehicle. These runners will automatically be disqualified and will be taken directly to the finish venue.
