The Discovery Channel Vertical Marathon 2011 will be held on November 26, 2011. No specific venue yet but based from last year, this was held in BGC and includes a run up a 25 floor building.

3K – 500 Php
5K – 650 Php
10K – 1,000 Php Vertical Run
Entry fee includes a limited edition 2012 Vertical Run Shirt
This will be given out after the race as a finisher shirt.

Paano kung masikip sa stairs? Paano ka mag o- overtake? Pero mukhang masaya nga pakinggan. Kung hingalin ako, sana gumagana yung elevator, bwahahaha…

Yes, it’s a Vertical Marathon Day!
I joined last year’s and I think this event is perfect for beginners of vertical runs…will join again this one, its going to be in a different venue so different challenge naman. I hope it’s going to be another well organized event with nice freebies. There should be more vertical runs IMO

i joined the discovery Channel Vertical marathon last year… maraming freebies at maganda ang singlet… ok din ang venue…
pero mukang namove na to… sayang…
i prefer this one over the TEC…

how true is the news that the sked for this run was moved to january 2012? if so, why is there no confirmation whatsoever?
I just heard that they have made an official announcement that they’ve postponed it until January 22. I will join in January; last year’s race was a lot of fun and a new challenge!
