Bohol Marathon 2012 is moved to September 9
A good new for some. A bad news to others. The organizers has announced that the Bohol Marathon 2012 will be held on September 9 instead. It sounds good to me since I might probably be free on September instead of July. But for those who have booked their flights and hotel for July, this is news will be frustrating.

nakapagbook na po ako para sa july 22 race…..nakakalungkot na imomove lang yung race date….sana d pa sana kau nga post ng date para sa ganun d kami nagpabook ng flight namin ng maaga. sana naintindihan nyo din ang situsyon naming mga runners na d taga bohol.
sandugo festival is yearly yan. alam nyo na dati na meron yan. tapos imove dahil conflict sa sandugo?you mean you planned this event without first considering anong events makaksabay or most likely makaksabay? very lame naman yung reason of moving it!ang airfare mahal. buti sana if kayo magbabayad sa rebooking fee! very frustrating indeed!
What a shame. My husband (who is from the Phillipines) and I may be visiting the country in July. I would have loved to run a half marathon in another country. I guess it isn’t meant to be. If anyone knows of another half marathon or 10k taking place the later part of July….I would be very interested.
Watch for the International Pryce Gas 50 K Marathon in Cagayan de Oro City on December 2, 2012. Prizes from P50K and various consolations awaits the winners.
