The One Goal One Nation: Takbo para sa Pagbabago 2012 will be held nationwide on scheduled dates. This event will be for the benefit of The Philippine National Red Cross, the tale of the hundreds of thousands of ordinary people who devoted their time and resources to help the poorest of the poor and reacting positively to disasters, national concerns and other related issues.

Please rectify both Registration fees on this site and the one with the attached registration form…its conflicting,on this site it says 3k is 200pesos;5k is 250pesos;10k is 300pesos and 16k is 500pesos while the one with the regisration form online it indicates that 3k & 5k is 300pesos;10k is 400pesos and 21k is 500pesos….hinde pa nakakatakbo ang mga runners ay nahihilo na po,thanks !
sabi sa booth sa RUNNR Trinoma, ung mga fees na P200-3k etc, is for provincial runs lang daw. Ung P300-3k ang rates ng run sa manila.

pakilinaw po sana kasi sa website “rio rosario production” merong 21k category @ 500php d2 malinaw na sya sa BGC ang event pero 16K lang same price pero doon po sa poster 700php well mas ok sa 500 diba discounted! saka mas gusto ko tumakbo sa 21K kaya sana meron ang “manila leg” wag po kayo mag alala tatawag din ako para masagot ako agad,dami pa kasi ako itatanong.

One goal, Scheduled on June 3 at BGC is Brooks Run Happy. Saan ba talaga ang One Goal? Race kit is to be claimed before the start of the race at the site?

mr daniel hindi lahat nang runners po nag babasa nang blogs, so sana kong mag cancell man kayo paki inform yong naka register na. may naka indicate naman tel no. sa regs. form. parang wala kayong pakialam sa mga runners.
Medyo magulo talaga ang pagka-organize nitong One Goal Run. Kulang-kulang sa info. Kulang din sa tao registration booths nila. Went to Toby’s EDSA Shang twice and in both instances nobody was present to accept registrations. Hindi na lang sana nag-announce sa public na may registration booths kung wala rin lang tatao at all times.

Ang nakalagay kasi dito, June 3, sa BGC, at 16 km ang longest category. Nung nagparegister kami, June 3, sa MOA, at 21 km, with singlet, finisher’s shirt at medal. So alin doon ang totoo?

May 25 nag advice na May 27 na daw for 21k (per batch daw). When I called their office, ang sabi you can claim anywhere. Rnnr Trinoma, Toby’s Shang or Toby’s moa. When i got to trinoma, hindi naman pala. I have to go daw sa Shang (mag MRT lang naman daw ako).
Hindi din sure sa mga info ang mga tao nila…

madami rin yan sila run provincial last year. maayos naman..baka nagkaroon lang din tlaga problem kayo naman, masyado kayo hot. hehe. madali nmn sila macontact, if bogus to sana wal ng nagrereply dba? and yung run nila sa Vigan, Batangas and Cebu maayos naman as per my friends. Nagjoin ako sa Vigan kasi taga La union ako, ok naman siya. dami nga nila give aways eh. Ito yata first national event nila at 9 locations pa,sana manila nlang muna or ilang locations lang. pero as per dun sa nakausap ko sa marketing nag assure nmn sila na iaayos nila. Yun lng, just sharing my opinion and observation regarding this one.

To the organizers, please have the decency to inform all the participants regarding the details especially changes about this fun run. I’m sure a lot of us have prepared ourselves and our schedules to be able to participate in this which is for a good cause (I still would like to believe despite the inorganization of this run and the hassle). Make sure to send a text blast or exert any effort to inform the participants about the changes. Not everyone goes online and can check the changes regardind this event.

I hope for a refund sir if you may, cause what I’ll pay for will be worthless, we both should benifit in then run, the runners are for fitness and the organizers for their helping organization. heard on dzbb, a supplier is complaining rosa rio productions. the said supplier produced 15,000 bibs but only got paid with P5,000. issued cheques all bounced. i dunno whats going on. i do hope that the run would still push thru on june 30. kawawa naman ang mga runners na nagpa-rehistro tapos hindi matutuloy ang event

God.. I thank god. I have a good sense.. I smell something fishy and I heard did not pay some logistic supplier and siraan at sulutan with crab mentality. i got sign the contract for the services suddendly not responding my txt and call …thats what happen with “KARMA” in other words “cause and effect”

I called Runnr Trinoma to ask and they said that they were not yet informed as to when the singlet will be released. They asked me to call tomorrow again. Do you think it’s better to visit the rosario productions to find out?
Yeah the run is already scheduled this Saturday. Alrighty then, the damage has been done, but at least the organizers MUST give us an update, it the “PROFESSIONAL” thing to do.

hi everyone:) I got the same email and text message. Guess what, I checked out their office as stated in their website. I talked to the admin office and they told me that there is no company by the name Rosa Rio productions registered as their tenant. I relayed to them as to why I was looking for that particular office.
Let’s keep each other updated as to how we fast we can get our refund.
Is there any running association of the Philippines to which we can relay our experience with this organizer so as to warn others as well?
If you have any contacts in the running community, I think this is the best way to inform others to be more careful when they choose a race.

As per se, How can I give the complete name of participants if they’re not even encoded in your system? Paolo Marcelino aka sky just got here in our office to give the registration forms (for fill-up). I was talking to Mr. Daniel Rosario over the phone that time and he told me to give the whole payment to Paolo and he will send thru e-mail the receipt. Then, Paolo will come back few days after our first meet-up to get the registration forms and give the original copy of the receipt, unfortunately Paolo didn’t showed up.
We have 92 participants in our company and we paid you a total of P27,600….
So please, just make it easier for both parties so that we can move forward with no grudges and regrets at all. All we wanna know is the exact date of refund and its procedure. That’s it! Please cooperate…
well, tough words for the runners who found that your event was GREAT.. only to find out that they will have GREAT stress and frustration because of lack of experience in this event.
freedom of speech is always exercised, these people whom you call “judgemental” have expressed their sentiments over this ruckus… if they were PROPERLY informed EVEN before the RESCHEDULED event.. first it was on around 1st week of June.. afterwards.. no one even bothered from your GREAT office to inform if the event will be cancelled A WEEK BEFORE the RESCHEDULED event… then you came bolstering 2 days before the event informing of the total cancellation.. GREAT!
These people are frustrated, if you could at least have some decency to APOLOGIZE to these people who supported your cause in the first place, and not to add fuel to the fire with your strong words.
you could have at least explained all these in a nice way and not in a strong note… they paid and they’re considered CLIENTS, you see.

To everyone, let’s give One Goal the benefit of the doubt. Finances and logistics are very hard to reconcile, especially for this case where they have to verify the accuracy of the details given to them by the hundreds of participants who signed up for this event. And especially since they still have to pay up their contractors and suppliers since some of us already received our race kits (unfortunately – or fortunately, not sure – for me, hindi pa dahil wala sila ng size na ni-request ko). Sana buksan naman natin ang isipan natin kahit konti lang.
To One Goal team naman, please understand our sentiments since we have invested money and time for this event as well as eagerly anticipated the coming of the event so a little timely advice during the cancellation of the event (on two accounts) would have been greatly appreciated on our part. We are only asking for a prompt response regarding our queries and I guess this would not be a great deal of an effort on your part. Mag-eemail at magrereply lang naman sa text ang hinihingi namin. I hope your organization would benefit much from this experience to avert any unpleasant incidents like this in the future.

Rosa Rio Productions was lying in their statement that they pursued a successful run in the province. In fact, my friends who registered in Angeles, Vigan and Dagupan have same sentiments and hoping na matuloy yung ipinangako nila or a refund maybe. This is considered a large case of swindling (estafa) if the organizers will not pursue the event or make refunds on the registered runners..

@onegoalrun- hindi ninyo masisi ang mga runners na naging biktima ng company nyo na magalit at maghimutok dahil may cash na involved dito. For me, kung sa phil national redcross napunta ang mga binayad namin ay ok lang eh, parang nakatulong ka nalang din sa mga nangangailangan. Eh since third party provider lang kayo and not in anyway connected sa redcross, ibalik ninyo mga pinambayad namin dito.2 weeks is enough time for document consolidation and validation di po ba?

Yes i agree with u aizacacut. Actually tumawag kme sa vistaland and according to them pinull-out nila ang sponsorship nila with Rosa Rio due to personal reasons and ayaw nila sabhin since confidential.
guys… let’s just limit the gripe on rosa rio productions, kasi baka magkaron lang ng convenient excuse ang mga organizers, they’ll pin it to villar. at baka ma-divert lang ang attention natin sa villar issue, eh di ba ang dapat nating ginagawa eh pin down rosa rio. as of now, rosa rio ang may kasalanan satin at sila ang dapat habulin. if may kinalaman man si villar dyan (w/c i am not agreeing to) idadawit naman sila ng rosa rio, pero ang important ang habulin natin ay ang rosa rio, let us not divert it to another issue.

The organizer have their “official statement” and say they will entertain inquiries blah blah blah crap pero until now no response from them. @onegoalrun: The point is hindi na kasalanan ng mga runners what happened to your logistics problem at kung ano pa man, milyon ba ang vineverify ninyo na names at ganun katagal ng proceso ng refund? Remember what goes around, comes around and KARMA is a just around the corner. Enough of the apologies just give our hard earned money back.

We have received and validated your request for refund. We are sorry for the delay, this is due to bulk of emails we are checking and validating everyday.
Regarding your request, we are pleased to reimburse to you the amount you have paid for the registration, however, those who were able to get the singlet, we can only reimburse half of the registration fee, Please understand that our sponsors and partners withdraw the sponsorship and Rosa Rio is forced to return 80% of the sponsorhip packages they gave us. This caused us total losses in the production and lead us to cancel the event and pay additional expenses to suppliers. The company lost 100% of the total project and this caused us financial instability. Rosa Rio sold some assests to cover all financial liabilities and forced us to shutdown the agency. We are sincere in reimbursing the said registration fees, we are just asking enough time to recover. Rosa Rio have not earned even a single centavo on this, our books are open for validation if you request to prove that Rosa Rio did not get any from the registration fee.
You are scheduled as Third batch for reimbursement and this is due on October 15 to 31, 2012.. since we are reimbursing first and second batch on August and September. You will soon receive instruction on how to claim your reimbursement. We do reimbursement via bank deposit but we are not asking yet your account info for security purposes. Again, our apology on the matter..

during college days, we organized some of our actvities and i know how hard it is to be an organizer, so i can understand your predicament, but the thing is, me and my friends doesn’t wana keep the singlets for the reason that we have not run the said activity. we do not want to keep it and we are asking for a complete reimbursement. understand us too, we are not the one responsible for your losses. we joined the said activities because of the said beneficiaries. now, we are not to be liable or responsible if your sponsors pulled the plug on you, you must have done something wrong to have pissed them and that’s between you and your sponsors and partners. it is not acceptable for me (and for all the runners, im voicing this in behalf of them even if they agree with me or not). why? because… BILANG ORGANIZERS DAPAT MAY PLANO KAYO BEFOREHAND PA. dont make excuses. salamat.

Meron bang first and second batch? parang ala pa ako nababalitaan na naka tanggap na ng refund… same here 3rd batch. Ang ultimate question, meron na bang naka tanggap ng refund? just curious lang. 🙂
ako po i tried to contact them pero once lang po sila sumagot…sabi nila i pa process daw..pero till now wala naman po kaya dapat talaga maksyunan yan mga pambihira na yan “rosa RIO” manloloko na yan! dapat mabigyan yan ng tamang lesson…tsk! tsk!… yung Kinuha nyo sa mga runners ay malaking pag kakamali dahil hindi pera ang sinira ng rosaRIO na yan kundi TIWALA ng mga runners!… me balik yan mas malaki at mas masakit para sa mga event organizer ng rosa RIO….Sa mga may powers po to contact the people to judge this situation from that rosa RIO productions, mabuhay po kayo sana po magawan po ng solution ang ginawa nilang panloloko sa kapwa nila…i’m just an ordinary runner lang po pero hindi po makatao ginawa ng rosa RIO…i really hate rosa RIO manloloko!

buti na-include po kayo sa third batch at na-verify nila yung registration nyo. gamitin nyo yung email nila na yan as proof na in-acknowledge nila na nakapag-register kayo.
oo nga e pero sana totoo na 3rd batch talaga tau. cause according to their email binalik nila almost 80% of sponsorship to all their sponsors. pero nung tinawagan ko ang Tapa King, one of their major sponsors, wala pa rin clang narereceive and di p rin cla kinocontact ni Rosa rio kaya kinakabahan tuloy kme.
if what u posted is right… iba ang feeling ko. i don’t think they will reimburse us.

Nung nagparegister kami, nasa 1st page kami ng registration. Nasa top 20 kami ng 21 km, first page. TAPOS 3RD BATCH? Weh, hahaha…
Nakakaawa din sila fellow runners. Pero nakakaawa din tayo. Kaya siguro 50% na lang ang ibabalik sa atin. Pero di ako payag. Gusto ko pa rin full reimbursement kahit sa November/ December. Basta full.
Ang kinaiinis ko lang eh lahat tayo eh 3rd batch. Oo nga no. May kakilala kayong 1st or 2nd? Anong gagawin ko sa singlet? Nakakahiya pag sinuot ko yun. Sabihin ng nakakita, isa ako sa naloko. =(

RE personal complaints.. @juan dela cruz will be writing to sen pia. now, if ur interested u could also call imbestigador hotline 928-4713 bukas sila from Monday to Friday, you could tell them your story. i already did, and they told me that they could ask dzbb to make a follow-up report if may gustong magpa-interview. sabi ko maghahanap ako ng may mas malaking participant na company.
@aizacacut- oo lets meet after the sa 711 run! Gawa tayo ng tarpauline chos. 🙂 i bet madaming nabiktima dito, anyways ASEANA naman ang venue ng supposed run ng onegoal, akalain mo dito rin tayo magtatagpo. :)Lets share this experience. :)Sumama ang gustong sumama sa meeting. 🙂

just read these issues. as for me, i registered on-line last april for 3 participants running the 21K sa clarkfield-pampanga leg. i haven’t paid thank god but still, its a hassle for me because they moved the event sked twice and as runners, of course it affected our schedules since we register early for every running events. i kept on calling them, emailing them, but to no avail. in short, its as if i’m following-up for nothing. stressful indeed. that’s why i am joining you in this clamor of complaining the organizer. i will register for the 21K category for 7-11’s Run 800 on august 26. see you guys there. i will join your meeting. god bless everyone!

y not vandalize nyo ung OneGoal singlet nyo,, like put an “X” mark on the shirt, or “WE WANT REFUND”, or “MANLOLOKO”, or anything na pang-asar sa kanila… then wear it on the said event as a sign of protest against them… then mag-gather kaung lahat sa isang common area to be your meeting place,,, like loot bag section or sa baggage area kaya… then picture picture… atleast doon na rin mapapag-usapan ung next step nyo…

Ask ko lng if may nakapagreimburse na sa inyo. According kc sa e-mail na nareceive ng company namin ung mga 1st and 2nd batch daw by August and September ang refund. Since 3rd batch kme, curious lang if may nakakuha n ng refund? tnx
Wag na kayo umasa na may refund pa.. Ako nga last May pako nag update ng refund ko pero hanggang ngayon wala parin.. Hanggang paasa lang yan sila.. Sana mkarma kayo sa ginawa niyo Onegoal organizers..
Kaya nga but it’s already August so maybe may mga nakakuha na ng refund from the 1st batch…

Camella and Vistaland are Villar companies at Rosario sa ‘Rosario Productions” ay ang nanay ni Villar at suspended ang site. Scam artists ang mga ito! Iboboto nyo pa ba yang si Mr.C5 road extension?? Ireklamo na yan!!

kami ang singlet supplier ng event ne to, ngayon ko lang nakita itong thread na ito.. hindi pa ako binabayaran til now ng organizer. malaki pa balanse nya, does anyone here knows saan ko sya matatagpuan, kapal ng mikha ng organizers. magtulong tulong sana tayo para maturuan ng leksyon yang daniel rosario na yan.
may mga pinirmahan kaming kontrata, kesyo 3 days after delivery ang full payment, hanggang ngayon di pa bayad, di ko na mahagilap, tulong naman guys!!
