      Hindi lang grabe very risky,no wonder nagquit yung ibang runners dn sila bumalik.This is not a trail run but a moutntain climbing.
      Organisers..
      Please open up your mind,dont put you fellow pinoy runner in danger..

        ganun tlga pag mountain trial running sir. nasayo kung kakayanin mo. kaya b4 joining eh you should have already experienced trail running. depende DNF rin. learnng experience kaya nxt tym alam na diskarte

          sa trail running sir lalo na pag ultra parang major climb yan sa mountaineering, risky po tlaga. saka nakalagay nman po sa reg. form ng tnf na ikaw manangot sa sarili mo na wala silang kasalanan kung ma disgrasya ka. Dpat sir malakas po tlaga loob mo lalo na forest trail pa dadaanan.

          yup around 14km-15kms lang yung route talaga per my GPS. in fact, even if you check the official published route, it doesn’t look like even that will hit 22kms

            tama marcs ung gps mo. nakarating tayo ng finish line not knowing na hindi naman pala totoong 22km un.. tapos sa official result 22km parin distance.. ahahahhahaha!!!

    Even naman po na short yung distance, many will agree to me na still a great run ang TNF 100. In 50k and 100 dapat ulra marathoners ka na. Hindi yung kaya mo yung marathon eh puede ka na. There is a big difference between road race and trail run. Kita kits in the next run of TNF!

    I and a couple of friends were participants of the recently held TNF Baguio 2012 11K category. The race result came out and to our surprise, we can’t find our names. The 2 of us crossed the finish line as the 13th and 14th runners, with bib nos. 0849 and 2346 respectively. Our bib numbers in the official results points to different names and so are the rest of my companions. Now I wonder how the TNF Baguio 2012 organizers handle their official race records with the rest of the participants ???

    @Romeo, my time on the race result is also off (around 20mins) compared to my watch.

    It’s also disappointing how the 22k distance was shortened and was only announced after the run.

    Ok lang sana na shortened ung distance, understood naman na for security reasons. Pero they should have made the announcement before gun start.

    One of the ladies i was running along side with has just finished consuming her GU gel somewhere around the 12k-13k stretch, only to find out the finish line is just a kilometer away. Sana nag saging na lang muna siya heheehe.

    Overall, masarap tumakbo sa baguio. Nice people, good weather, good trail.

      Wish ko lang na maiisip naman ng organiser ang safety ng mga runners,50K and 100K napakadelikado.Kya tawag namin TNF MOUNTAIN CLIMBING..

          kasi naman wag icompare ang trail running sa marathon. ibang iba po ang dalawa. trail run nga eh. walang patag…paahon, pababa, iikot, may bangin..etc…sabi nga sa itaas na comment, alamin kung ano sinasalihan…para sa mga marunong umakyat ng bundok yan at alam ang panganib na meron ito…nag eexplain lang.. peace!

    buti pa 21K and 11K may photos from CJ photos by Gwe, kami 50K wala man lang picture eh ang dami namang photographer na nagpipicture sa amin, sana kahit man lang sa finish line, wala akong makita, any website to find our pictures,paging TNF …
