I found it disappointing that the announced gun start times were not followed. Does anybody know why they started much earlier than scheduled? I arrived at BGC at 5:20am (the 5K gun start was supposed to be at 5:45am) only to be surprised that the 3K runners were already about to start running and that the 5K runners had already started much earlier. What’s sad is that runningmate does not report chip time results in its website, but rather, gun start time only. I hope the organizers take these comments seriously especially since many runners pay the registration fees, train hard for the runs, and expect to get decent results analysis. Whatever my results are will not be useful at all since I was not able to make it in time for gun start. I honestly felt that my P550 was taken away from me. Just wanted to share my dissatisfaction.
We have the same sentiments Clive. I arrived at 5:30 since they posted in Facebook that 5k gun time is at 5:45. I was surprised to see 5k runners running while we were on our way to the parking area.
I’m also disappointed with the limited report in their results website.
Talk about integrity. What they did was deception. Tsk tsk…
I was also very disappointed that it started much earlier than scheduled. When I asked why, I was told that I arrived late. Huh! Come on, the announced gun start time was 5:45am not 5am! There those of us who joined for the fun of having to run with lots of people. I will try to avoid other fun run organized by the same organizer in the future.

Where are the race results? I can only find my time. I would appreciate seeing all the results.
I was disappointed as well. I can’t believe they decided to start earlier without informing the registered runners/ posting any announcement on the matter before the race.
I think it’s about time for them to ensure that they follow their OWN instructions to avoid these incidents to happen again.

I too feel that I was robbed. Where’s the integrity in this event. The races started way too early, add to that we paid to register and after a well deserved run, you would not even show up in the result. I had a BIB Number an it was showing that it did not record my run. I started about 10mins after the 5k runners started, together with my wife. Her number was recorded, mine didn’t. Whats up with that?!!!! Maybe next time, make sure that everything is ready before holding the event. People will not support your cause if you rob them of their achievements as well…
I await your response on why my BIB 1595 did not show… I can provide tou with some details of my run at your event…
I was very much disappointed. We were not given our prizes just because we happen to be foreigners. Where is integrity?
