Mr. Bean Plays Chariots of Fire at London Olympics
My favorite part in the Olympic Opening Ceremony is the playing of the song Chariots of Fire by Mr. Bean with the orchestra. The Olympic Opening Ceremony is probably the grandest event in sports. And the Olympic Committee in London really made a great show.
It’s a comic relief to the Opening Ceremony. When the music started to play, I was surprised to see Mr. Bean on the keyboard together with the full orchestra. His role was very important to the song Chariots of Fire. Of course, the signature jokes of Mr Bean is there. Plus a spoof of the famous beach scene in the movie Chariots of Fire.
