Mio Quest GPS Watch

Mio Quest GPS watches is quite popular in Singapore.  I haven’t seen it being sold in the Philippines yet.  The Mio watches I have seen in the Philippines are mostly with heart rate monitors only. My cousin was able to buy one when he visited Singapore and it looks like a good watch. Here are the photos I took when Mio meets Garmin last June.

Mio Quest GPS Watch

The Mio looks bigger than my Garmin 610. But it weighs lighter because it doesn’t have that heavy glass that the Garmin have.

Garmin 610 vs Mio Quest GPS Watch

Its features are just what you would be looking for in a GPS watch.

  • Track personalized biofeedback including continuous heart rate
  • Analyze current, average and max heart rates, in zone time, calories burned, speed and distance
  • Get that signal! Quest is designed to get the strongest signal available. Its high-sensitivity GPS receiver provides improved tracking under trees and near tall buildings
  • Feature rich with run waypoint mode
  • Easily import and view your tracks on Google Maps
  • Share your tracks and performance with MapMyRun

So far its reviews looks good.

I haven’t seen them being sold in the Philippines yet. But it would be safe to say these will find its way to Filipino runners soon.
