Ran for 50 minutes… But i have been on the baggage counter for 1 1/2 hour just claiming my bag, ang take note.. Isa sa ako sa mga nauna so wala pang pila.. But still ganun katagal
Agree. It was a riot sa baggage counter. Haha
Medyo mahirap hanapin ang pic ko sa mga sets of photos ni Sir Gino, kaylangan ng tiyaga para isaisahin ang mga pix, sana may search button (bib number) para mas mabilis:) anyways kudos kasi ang bilis ma_post ng pix online!

Panalo un race route sulit ung bayad mo talagang ma-hit mo ang wall, very challenging ung uphills mahahaba nice choice of route, ang problema lang may stampede na sa pinaghihingian ng tubig di naman pwede ipamigay ung bottled water kasi magkakalat sa daan, sa certificate claiming area stampede rin, lalong lalo na full marathon sa baggage counter, sa tingin ko unprepared ung mga personnel saka kulang sa briefing halata mong hindi alam kung saan kukunin ung baggage na hinahanap ng runner, sa ibang fun run na nasalihan ko hindi naman ganiyan, better to focus in those fields po (baggage counter, certificate claiming area)next time, kawawa ung ibang runners mas na stress hindi sa takbo kundi sa pagclaim sa baggage area. Thanks pa rin sa NatGeo run had a great experience with it and looking forward for a more organized run next year.
Agree! The trail and the run were both good but the mayhem in the baggage counter is a pain in the neck! Imagine yourself waiting for more than an hour just to claim your baggage?! It was an absolute nightmare!

may time stamp sana mga pics at location/area ng photographer. mas mapapadali paghahanap kung ganon.
concern lang po nawawala ang name ko sa result dumayo pa naman kami from olongapo to experience this fun run pro ng tingnan ko sa result wala name ko.

The 3K route was only about 2.5K! I was very happy with my time…but why was the route so short?

The race route was okay especially the uphill part. It was challenging. The worst part was the baggage counter. The staffs dont know what to do. It was very disorganized.

Beating the heat of the sun while enjoying the run. it was great! i just had a hard time looking for my running buddy after the run..hihihih we ended up at the paging area LoL . The area/ space for the booths is small though.
Nat Geo Earth Day Run had evolved into an annual running event with green advocacies. But it was unfortunate that miscues remained unresolved and linger for years. Race stakeholders must review what had happened and implement measures to improve future editions.
This was no doubt my best National Geographic Earth Day Run among the three that I completed since 2011.

why is it that I can’t find my name in the race result? So disappointing, what is the use of the timing chip anyway. Some runners just want to see their names in the race result and yet wala doon. 🙁
Hindi naman yung run yung challenge eh yung baggage claim and paghingi ng hydration. Sayang maganda pa naman ang purpose ng run yun nga lang dami sablay sa organizing. Masama pa nito wala ako sa results. Anyway di nalang ako magrun dito next year dami naman iba choices.
