Dear St. Luke’s and Pro-active,
I like the cause of this run, that’s why I registered on Nov 15. The registration fee is comparatively high, but I have no complain because this is for our brothers and sisters who are victims of STY Yolanda. I have to pick the race kit on the second day of kit claiming, Dec 4, and in a place far from my place, again, no complains.
But how is it that the size I registered (XL) and duly recognized by the confirmation email is out of stock already. What a fail.
I need a very good convincing explanation on this because I don’t see any reason why this happened given the manner of registration.
I hope I get an answer on this, else I’ll just take note of this experience with you both – St. Luke’s and Pro-active. I hoped for an organized run similar to other runs I participated with even lower registration fees.
Thank you!
Dear Eribert.
Very sorry for the lapse. Please send us your email. I’ll make sure that we shall attend to your concern.
Regards,
Charity V. Gorospe
