Nike Free Trainer 5.0: For Speed and Strength
The new Nike Free Trainer 5.0 Training Shoe offers an adaptive, supportive fit and lightweight flexibility for comfort and natural movement during intense training sessions.
The idea behind the design of the shoe is to create a lightweight shoe that mimics the feel of running barefoot. The Nike Free Trainer 5.0 offers plenty of support of a wide range of movements making it suitable from running to strength lifting to cardio training.
For the first time, the outsole features hexagonal flex grooves to help athletes move naturally and be more agile. An anatomically-shaped heel promotes greater control and the adaptive fit allows for a comfortable, customized lockdown fit.

Nike Free Trainer 5.0 Reviews
Wearers of the Nike Free Trainer 5.0 find the shoes very comfortable. The shoe fits securely and has ample support. Cushioning has been great for most runners and it’s flexibility allows natural motion. However, Nike Free Trainer 5.0 seems to lack stability and responsiveness needed for lifting due to its thickness.
