R.A.C.E. to Serve 4 Fun Run 2014 will be on September 6, 2014 in SM Mall of Asia Grounds. The Civil Service Commission will once again hold its annual fun run activity titled R.A.C.E. to Serve Fun Run IV which will serve as a kick-off activity in celebration of the 114th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary with the theme: “Tapat na Serbisyo Alay Ko, Dahil Lingkod Bayani Ako”. Since the first conduct of this activity in 2011, it generated more than P3.5 million which is an endowment fund under thePondong Pamanang Lingkod Bayani Program for the benefit of civilian public officials and employees who died or are killed in the performance or pursuit of his/her duties and responsibilities as a civil servant.

The 114th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) with the theme “Tapat na Serbisyo Alay Ko Dahil Lingkod Bayani Ako” kicks off with a fun run on Sept. 6, 5:00 a.m. at the SM Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City.
The Civil Service Commission (CSC) opened registration to the R.A.C.E. to Serve Fun Run.
Now on its fourth year, the fun run is open to all Filipino citizens 18 years old and above. Participants below 18 years old will be required to secure permission from their parents or guardians.
Registration fee is PHP150 inclusive of race bib.
Interested runners should sign up until July 31 at any CSC National Capital Region (NCR) Field Office. Registration forms may be downloaded from the CSC NCR website http://www.cscncr.com.
No on-site registration shall be done on the day of the run.
Proceeds of the fun run will go to the Pondong Pamanang Lingkod Bayani, the fund for families of state workers who died in line of duty.

Too Disappointing!!! I didn’t fully realize this is how government works here. I had a hard time finding your office just to register, then told me I could claim the race bib at the field office. I went to DBP bldg & they said it was the wrong field ofc so they directed me to city hall. I went yesterday to make sure it is there, only to find out there isn’t any bib there! There is not even any transportation going straight to makati from where i am from. Imagine my expenses on taxi & jeepney??? Besides, you are not the only ones who are busy! So what are you gonna do with my P150? I hope you will use that for what it is intended for!
