Run United HP Recovery Run 2014 5/10/21K (BGC)
Run United HP Recovery Run 2014 will be on December 14, 2014 in The Fort, BGC. The Run United HP Recovery Run is a non-competitive run designed to help progressive runners embrace the value of recovery and how its proper application can help establish future personal records.
All finishers can learn more about the proper application of various recovery regimens at the Enervon HP Recovery Village. Each activity has been developed in partnership with the University of Santo Tomas, College of Rehabilitation Sciences, Sports Science and Physical Therapy Departments
This event is open to 2014 RU 1, 2 and RUPM finishers only.

Does that mean run at your pace as in no time limits?

Details are already out sa unilab website… Mas mahal sya kesa RU trilogy (21k is 950 compared to 900 from trilogy), tapos wala pang kasamang singlet (they are encouraging runners to wear singlets/shirts from this year’s trilogy)… tsaka wala ring medal, although may finisher shirt for all categories…
