TAlKaBOut Fitness Sports Nutrition 2014 : Thank You!
Years ago, when the running community was still small and just starting to grow, we organized a talk on healthy eating. This year, we want to bring that learning sessions back that’s why TAlKaBOut Fitness was born. TAlKaBOut Fitness is a series of talks by Takbo.ph.
Last November 27, the first of the series was held covering nutrition and hydration for runners.
Coach Ige Lopez, a well known triathlon coach and Lightwater ambassador was there to talk about the importance of hydration while training and during the run. Licensensed Nutritionist/ Dietician, Fia Batua enlightened runners on what to eat, what smart and healthy alternatives we can have, how to eat, and how to properly hydrate.
Aside from the talk, participants also got to try Lightwater and the different flavors of VitaminBoost and took home goodies from our sponsors.
