How To Detox Without A Juicer
Juicing isn’t the only method to detoxify and cleanse your gut. Here are 3 ways to detox that’s surely inexpensive and easy to do. You don’t even have to buy a juicer.
1. Sweat.
One of the best ways to detoxify is to sweat it out. When you sweat, the body releases toxins. Now that’s another reason to go for a run!
No time to go out for a run? Hike up and down the stairs. It only takes 5-10minutes. No excuses!
2. Raid your pantry.
Look at what you have in your pantry — if it’s junk, throw it out! You don’t eat what you don’t see. 😉
Cleansing isn’t just about cleaning your gut, it’s also about eating right so you fuel your workout right.
3. Use a blender.
Blenders are inexpensive and easy to use. Instead of juicing, try blending your veggies and fruits together to make a smoothie. You not only get the vitamins and minerals, but you also get the fiber that’s mostly missing from raw juice.
Try this recipe:
- 8-10 oz coconut water
- A handful of leafy greens
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 large frozen banana, chopped
Blitz the greens and celery with the coconut water, then add the bananas. Pulse and blend away!
Note: Lettuce is great for beginners, you can also go for kale or spinach.

Tell me, what’s your favorite fruit-veg smoothie? 🙂
Nice. I agree! Similar to raw vegetarian diet. Handy blender.
Calamansi juice is a great gut cleanser. Also for IBS. Take 4 for every glass of water during meals. Its the labuyo of lemons.
Raw ampalaya (without the seeds) and carrots. Add papaya or melon (cantaloupe).
