First Antipolo Marathon 2015 will be on May 31, 2015 in Hinulugang Taktak National Park in Antipolo City.
Team Malaya in cooperation with the City of Antipolo brings the “First Antipolo Marathon” which is the first-of-its-kind running event in the city that coincides with its May time Festivities.
Antipolo has long been a cradle of nature-lovers and fitness enthusiasts, with its many areas for exploration consisting of various parks, nature trails, winding roads and more. This event will be the first to feature a full marathon held exclusively within the city’s borders. Gear up for some challenging uphill sections, breathtaking views and scenic locations in the city that has the best of both worlds: Antipolo.

We understand your concern. we have released our updates. only the race routes have yet to be announced as we are waiting for the city government to give the approval. the city will be providing traffic and security to our runners. Rest assured, uou will enjoy our routes, as we have included most of antipolo’s attractions 🙂

Team Malaya pls make sure that route is free from trycicle and jeepneys..
Skycell, we understand your concern as we are runners too. Our route will make use of roads where public transpo are at minimum. If within jeepney routes, the road is 4-8 lanes.
Unfortunately we cannot ckose the roads but the city government will be there providing traffic, escort and security
