1st PAFP Family Wellness Fun Run 2016 will be on February 21, 2016 at Liwasang Ulalim, CCP Complex, Pasay City.

An advocacy run by the Philippine Academy of Family Physicians in partnership with ADP Pharma Corporation to promote health and wellness for the Filipino Family.

Php 500 for all categories.

REGISTRATION VENUE

Online Registration

1. Download and fill-up registration form.
2. Pay the registration fee (P500.00) at any of the following banks:

3. Write down your name in the deposit slip.
4. Scan the deposit slip, and together with the registration form, send via email to the following email address: PAFPFUNRUN@gmail.com.
5. You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your registration and payment.
6. Race kit pick-up will be on February 19-20, 2016, 9am-4pm, at the PICC lobby. Look for the 1st PAFP Family Wellness Fun Run Booth. Please bring a copy of the confirmation email.
7. Deadline of online registration will be on February 14, 2016. However, because of the limited slots, registration may close earlier if all slots are already taken.

Manual Registration

1. Go to the PAFP Main Office (2nd Floor, PAFP Building, 2244 Taft Avenue, Malate, Manila), Monday to Friday, during office hours.
2. Fill up a registration form and submit to the secretariat.
3. Pay the registration fee (P500.00).
4. You will be given a claim stub as proof of your registration and payment.
5. Race kit pick-up will be on February 19-20, 2016, 9am-5pm, at the PICC lobby. Look for the 1st PAFP Family Wellness Fun Run Booth. Please bring the claim stub to claim your race kit.
6. Deadline of manual registration will be on February 17, 2016. However, because of the limited slots, registration may close earlier if all slots are already taken.
