Run United Exceed 2017 21K (BGC)
Run United 2017 will be on April 2, 2017 in Bonifacio Global City. This new Run United Exceed, by ActiveHealth, is a prestigious and exclusive 21km race co-presented by Tag Heuer.
Some of the Innovations to help breed next level 21km finishers include: exclusive medal for sub 2.5 hours’ finishers, Free Under Armour shoes to the top 15 runners who will finish the 21k with a negative split 2 hours and 30 mins finish time. Guaranteed slots to Angkor Wat International Full Marathon or Angkor Wat International Half Marathon will be given to 2 lucky finishers.
As announced in the Active Health 2017 Calendar of activities, there will be no more trilogy this year. With the new direction, there will only be one Run United this 2017 – RunUnited 21km Exceed.

I have been waiting for this to happen. Its not that I don’t not want Unilab to sponsor running events. The truth is nakakasawa na marinig yung Run United. I remember way back 2010 the Trilogy is Century Tuna, Nature Valley and Unilab. There is also an Awards Night for the runners who completed the longest distance in the Trilogy. This is nice. Hope other sponsors will fill in.
I also noticed that Runrio has cut down on races. Gone are Yamaha, Goldilocks, Rexona, Timex and Sole Racing (2XU/Safeguard). Or its just that sponsors find it harder and more expensive to put up races. Or maybe because Coach Rio is concentrating on restoring classic cars right now.
