Amway’s 5th Nutrilite Health Run Kicks Off on October 15

Getting fit and active need not be costly- a testament that Amway, the world’s No. 1 selling vitamins and dietary supplements brand, is pushing as it gears off its 5th Nutrilite Health Run this coming October 15 at the SM Mall of Asia grounds (Manila Leg) and October 29 at SM Ecoland, Matina, Davao City (Davao Leg).

This year, the annual health run is adding a 21K category from its roster of 1K, 5K and 10K distances and expects to draw in some 12,000 runners for the Manila and Davao stints. The event’s registration fee of PHP 250 for all distances, except 21K is very affordable. The half-marathon’s reg fee is PHP 850.

We want more people to live healthy by eating right, taking the right supplements, and being active. Gun Start and Cut-off Time

21K– 3:30 A.M. / Cut-off: 4 hours

10K– 5:00 A.M. / Cut-off: 3 hours

5K, 1K– 5:30 A.M. / Cut-off: 2 hours, 1 hour (respectively)

Prizes for Top Finishers

The 1st 21K runner to cross the finish line will get a P20,000 Cash Prize

The 1st 10K Finisher to cross the finish line will get a P10,000 Cash Prize

During the race proper, runners will have the chance to win exciting raffle prizes and experience Amway Brands through the Race Ville Expo. The event will also highlight the live performance of Sponge Cola, a notable supporter, and participant in the Nutrilite™ Health Run.

Nutrilite Free Running Clinic

To help you prepare for the upcoming race RunRio and Amway is also conducting a running clinic on the following schedules:

Mondays and Wednesdays from 7 pm to 9 pm at the Ayala Triangle Gardens in Makati City starting this August 16

Tuesdays and Thursdays  from 7 pm to 9pm at the People’s Park in Davao City  starting this September 5

Amway One By One Campaign for Children

The proceeds of the run will go to the Amway One By One Campaign for Children, a program initiated by the company in partnership with the Department of Education (DepEd). This program is in line with the government agency’s “Adopt-A-School Program” (ASP), which seeks to promote literacy through storytelling.
