Nature’s Gym by Merrell : Join the FREE Workout!

Last weekend, Merell kicked off the Merrell’s Nature’s Gym campaign here in the Philippines. It aims to motivate anyone to explore and be fit in tune with the outdoors. With the opening, they also launched the Nature’s Gym Collection – shoes fit for the road, the trail, and the outdoors.

During the first Nature’s Gym session, we were treated to an outdoor challenge and different bodyweight exercises like burpees, squats, and planks. The morning fitness fun was lead by Coby Sarreal, Trail Adventours co-founder and Jose Villablanca, a holistic lifestyle coach. will also share their experiences on living out a healthy lifestyle and share tips on how to be fit.
