Specialized Opens Elite Store in MOA

Specialized Philippines together with Gruppo Innovare Corporation, the brand’s authorized and appointed distributor in the Philippines, just opened its newest Specialized Elite store at the SM By the Bay, SM Mall of Asia compound in Pasay city. last October 17.

The grand opening event was spearheaded by Gruppo Innovare team led by Sales Director Ritchie Santayana and Miguel Abellada  together with Managing Director JL Gavino. They are joined by Specialized SEA Commercial Director Gino Abano and Asia Managing Director Hideki Mochizuki who also graced the event.

“We are proud to be opening the first Specialized Elite Store here at the SM by the Bay, a perfect location as it is a biker’s haven especially in the morning. As Specialized has striven to make the best bikes for riders since 1974, the Philippine riding community can expect the best one-stop bike shop experience the moment they walk in our store,” said Mr. Santayana.

The new store, located in SM By the Bay, sells a variety of bikes for different sports such as triathlon, road biking and mountain biking. Specialized also plans to open two other stores in the Metro before the end of 2018- one in Pasig City and the other in Maginhawa St. in Quezon City. Both locations are also known to be bike-friendly hubs.

Specialized Shiv Disc

During the launch, Specialized also introduced the limited edition 2019 Shiv Disc– an aerodynamic triathlon bike which also boasts a hydration and fuel storage that can last the whole race. Only around 500 units of the Shiv Disc were made, and all of them are already sold out.

“We are very fortunate to be able to present to everyone here today an actual setup of the all-new 2019 Shiv. This complete tri bike will be available globally as a limited edition product,” said Albano.

• Specialized Stumpjumper– a versatile trail bike

The Specialized Elite Store offers a complete “Specialized experience” where bikers of all walks of life can walk in and enjoy worry-free purchases. Beginner and experienced bikers can also take advantage of the Retul Match and Vantage System. It is said to the the most advanced bike fitting tool and product matching technology that is currently available in the market.

Aside from these, Specialized Elite stores also offer a full scope of services such as:

• Giving expert advice in which bike best suits the rider
• Offering bike test program for riders to experience the unit first-hand
