Unboxed: adidas RPT-01 Headphone

The new adidas RPT-01 Headphones are designed to meet the demands of a workout with its durable headband frame, sweatproof and splashproof construction, and washable earbuds.

Inside the box is just the adidas RPT-01 and the USB charging cable. Nothing else. I was expecting a carry case or pouch but here was none. But the steel frame will be durable enough to just throw the headphones inside the bag and hit the gym.

For adidas fans, the design and material will be familiar. The knit material for the earbuds and the headband are very comfortable. It feels like an adidas Ultraboost on your ears.

The control knob was surprisingly simple and effective. Many wireless headphones would have several buttons for different functions. I get confused on which button is for which. The adidas RPT-01 just have one control knob that works like a joystick. Up and down are for the volume, while left and right are for the forward and previous. Pretty simple.
