The New Clark City Marathon, a partnership between The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), New Clark City (NCC), and RUNRIO Inc., redefines the running experience with the newly dubbed “unli-ahon” and “up-hells” – the four heartbreak hills that test the speed and stamina of every runner.
