How was your Mizuno Infinity Run today?

Well, here is something from the guys in Mizuno. They told us to post this after the race. Hmmm... But I guess some of you received the flyers today after the race. I still don't know the complete details and I lost my flyer. Ehe...

January 10, 2010 for the next Mizuno Run. This will be a good practice run if ever Condura will schedule theirs on January 17,2010.

i had a good run this morning. and frankly, january 10 is too early. well, at least for us runners4LIFE group. hope they move it to last week of january or anytime february. same with condura.

but if mizuno and condura pushes through with the proposed schedules, i'm sure there will still be a lot of runners participating. it's just that we're going to miss both race.

i was surprised when my certificate said "time trials". I was like, "Hey, i must've missed something on the reg form." But yeah, Mizuno did a great job. Can't wait to beat my time this morning. =D

I enjoyed my Infinity Run. My best time ever for a 10k! 1 hour and 1 minute from 1 hour and 10 minutes just three months ago at the Men's Health Miracle Run in UP. Best of all, there was enough water stations and road marshals. I've read in old blog entries how previous Mizuno races were bad. Glad to see improvements. The singlet was so so though given at the end. I think I will just wear it at gym practice but not something I can be proud of like the Botak singlets. Overall, see you guys at the next race

I joined the 5k. Ok nga daming water station... nainis nga lang ako doon sa Gatorade, parang sobrang tapang yung timpla... I ended up not drinking any at all.

Buti na lang malapit lang yung kasunod na water station...

nah. i think for those who didn't run last sunday, the race next year would serve as their time trials --minus the surprise factor, i guess. heheh.

POSITIVES:
1. Pre-race details were announced early.
2. Race categories were segmented properly.
3. Running-related products were on display.
4. Singlets were available in different sizes.
5. Gigantic tents were erected in case of rain.
6. Corporate sponsors distributed free products.
7. Marshals were positioned at all intersections.
8. Motor vehicle traffic flow management was perfect.
9. Security personnel were present throughout the event.
10. 01.10.10 surprise provided a new twist to race events.

NEGATIVES:
Balde System: This is unhygienic and should be banned, period!
